Following this finalist announcement, Covered2Go was named Best Travel Insurance Provider and Treating Customers Fairly Champion at the Insurance Choice Awards ceremony in London on 10 November 2022.
Named a finalist in two Insurance Choice Award categories
After 11 weeks of voting, Covered2Go was announced as a finalist in the Best Travel Insurance Provider category and the Treating Customers Fairly Champion category.
More than 53,000 customers had taken part in the Insurance Choice Awards voting by that stage, making the finalist recognition especially meaningful because the awards were based on customer feedback.

The Insurance Choice Awards are based on customer feedback, so reaching the final was an important acknowledgement of the experiences customers had shared about Covered2Go.
At the time, the team was particularly proud to be recognised both for travel insurance and for treating customers fairly — two areas central to the way Covered2Go aims to serve its customers.
